Lights, Camera, Action – Eaton Fair!

The
Eaton Fair expansion has taken another major leap forward this month — and
we’re excited to share
a major brand announcement that will help define the
future of the centre.

 HOYTS is coming to Eaton Fair.

A
brand new seven-screen
cinema complex will anchor the vibrant Town Square,
creating a true entertainment destination for the South West. Designed to set a
new benchmark for cinema experiences in the region, HOYTS Eaton Fair will
feature the latest cinema formats, including Xtremescreen auditoriums,
a dedicated D-BOX
cinema with motion seating that moves in sync with the action,
and a mix of signature
recliner seating, lean-back lounges and daybeds for
ultimate comfort.

The
cinema will also include Treat
City for all your movie favourites, along with Artie’s Bar, delivering
a full entertainment experience beyond the screen.

This
exciting addition will become a major drawcard for the centre, reinforcing
Eaton Fair as the region’s leading retail and entertainment destination.

 Construction Progress

Behind
the scenes, construction continues to build momentum.

More
sections of the upper
deck car park slab have now been completed, and lift cores are rising,
giving further shape to the next level of the development. The project is now
firmly transitioning into its upper structure phase, with visible progress
continuing across the site.

At
the same time, an increasing number of subcontractor packages have been awarded,
supporting local businesses and contributing to ongoing employment across the
region — a key benefit of the project for the wider South West community.

With
each milestone, the expansion is continuing to transform both the skyline and
the future of Eaton Fair.
