We approached Den from Harcourts to sell our property in Dardanup. We did not want to put our property on the market until we found a suitable place to downsize to. We listed our property with Den who then arranged photos. It took a little over 12 months before we found a suitable place during that time, Den worked tirelessly trying to find a place for us. He constantly kept us informed of any progress in finding a suitable property for us. Den always returned any phone calls promptly. He never tried to push us to make a decision and was also very considerate of how my wife felt about any potential properties. Goes the Extra Mile

I was selling a property in Bunbury, but I live in Sydney. Den was easy to deal with and did a lot of work for me, including sorting the cleaning of the property, working with the tenant and managing maintenance work that needed to be done. All the things that a local seller would have done themselves, he did it for me. He was always checking in with me and making sure I knew what was going on and was happy at every step.

I was purchasing my 2nd investment property from interstate so I had a lot of ambiguities about the contract and the settlement. Den was patient enough to guide me through the process and made himself available to answer any questions I had. He also helped proactively and referred me multiple different options for Timber, Pest & Building inspectors and contractors for minor repairs.
